Probably the most famous of our speciality breads, our 400g crumpet loaf combines the chewy, aerated texture of crumpets with the convenience of a thickly sliced bread loaf for toasting. Slick some butter on to a hot toasted slice and watch as it melts into a hundred tiny buttery bubbles.In an airtight container, Hand crafted breads will stay fresh for up to 4 days.
Ingredients: Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Iron, Thiamin, Nicotinic Acid, Calcium Carbonate), Water, Wheat Gluten, Yeast, Rapeseed Oil, Skimmed Milk Powder, Raising Agents (E450(a), E500(ii)), Salt, Cane Molasses, Preservative (E282).
